Forgiving All My Enemies.

After a controversial couple of years for Chris Brown, there's just a week left until his long-awaited 'F.A.M.E' ('Forgiving All My Enemies') album is released. However March 22nd is not the only date to look forward to this year;

As well as a 5-date Australian tour, kicking off in April and ending in May, Chris has another album on the horizon a lot sooner than anticipated. He announced at an L.A listening party last night that he has over 400 recorded songs to choose from and so will have no trouble releasing a second LP in just 6 months time.

Look out Breezy fans, he may have been on the down low for the past couple of years but 2011 is the year of...2 new albums, a confirmed Australian tour, likely US and UK tours AND a clothing line collaboration, 'Kind of Famous' with DND collections. It sure does come to those who wait!

House of Holland. LFW 2011. A/W 2011.

HH's collection is, as always, limitless. With no set trend, colour or form, Holland's A/W 2011 collection is not letting down the kooky side. With looks ranging from those you'd find in your Gran's wardrobe, to those in that door-knocker wearing friend's close, there's bound to be something for everyone and everywhere...whether you're heading to the bingo, golf course or student rave.

The lady-like pieces, at just under or over the knee, are big this season. You can team the look with a bit of structure on top like HH has done, or find a less 'tea party' midi skirt (preferably in maroon/grey/black) to work down with a grungy tee and DM's.

Also big this season is the wide leg trouser. Channel 70's flair with a pair of wide legs, whether they're printed, denim or colour pop, and a vintage knit on top, until the summer sun well and truly kicks in, at which point you can chuck on a colour/print clash vest or blouse. Be as bold as possible!

I am in love with the square-patterned pieces. The print reminds me of the kind of doodling I'd do on the square paper in maths lessons...swirls, shapes and diamonds were my forte.

The brogues, carried through from the last couple of seasons, teamed with the rainbow, striped socks = clownesque.

At least it can be said that there won't be any complains in terms of a lack of variety. HH has stuffed in more dress styles than imaginable --> Midi - check. Body con - check. Garden - check. Maxi - check. And with all the tweed, clash, patterns, logos galore, Holland has outdone himself once again.

Bag It!

So I have a nice little lump sum of money coming through over the next week or two and I have a few things in mind that are must-musts.

The first...light tortoise Ray Ban Wayfarers. It might still be as cold as hell (possible?) but the sun does pop out and when it does I want these little beauties to show off.
Whilst the shops in town'll burn a 115 odd quid hole in your pocket, seek out an online alternative! With brand spanking new, and original, pairs out there, hunt down a well-reviewed seller. Sellers on sites such as Amazon and eBay, are selling exact matches for £30/40 less. Whilst it doesn't seem a great save, it'll contribute to my other must-musts. I'm sure you have an extensive list too!

Second on the list's these nail art pens by Models Own and Wah.
These bargain buys (at just £6 a pop) come in Black and White...with talks of all 99 Models Own nail varnish colours coming in the pens too! So get creative and have the nails that grab everyone's attention...whether it's leopard print, aztec or polka dot, unleash your inner nail artst!

My final must-must is these pair of Nike Blazer SP trainers (£61 from Office).
They are a replacement shoe...a replacement of that one staple shoe that we all have, that one pair that you can pop on with anything. The pair being replaced are my clear Converses. After seeing them in Teen Vogue a few years back I searched all over and failed to get my hands on them. It seems that the UK hadn't clocked on to the genius idea that is a clear trainer. And then my beautiful bud found them from some unsearched corner of England (JD Sports sold them for a short period in 2010 until they sold out...they are again unattainable) and bought me them for my 18th. Until a month ago, I wore them about 90% of the time due to their complete and utter versatility. Since they're now breaking apart I've been hunting down a new staple shoe. I came across these...high-tops, white and bright (for Summer) - I love.

And so my current Bag It list is playing on my mind...I won't rest until I've all 3 of these must-musts in my grasp!

"They say, 'Oh you graduated?' No, I decided I was finished."...Clearly not.

It's been reported that, before jetting out to Paris Fashion Week, Kanye took a trip down to Central Saint Martin's College, London, to discuss him studying for a Master's in Fashion, from later this year. Shocker, I know! But go Kanye!

Wealth of intelligence before wealth of the pocket? We all know he could have his own label at the snap of his fingers, but good ol' (humble?) Kanye is, instead, hoping for a chance to pile on the educational props. Kudos! I guess all the geeky specs and bow-tie/blazer combos'll actually be put into practice this time!

Lady Gaga for Thierry Mugler - Paris Fashion Week 2011.

Lady Gagaastrutted her stuff to the sound of her own music - a mash-up of 'Government Hooker' and 'Born this Way' - on the Thierry Mugler catwalk, yesterday, at Paris Fashion Week. The collection, designed by Nicola Formichetti, also responsible for Gaga's highly meaty dress, was his first as Thierry Mugler's creative director.

Animalistic, transparent and angular, the collection screamed Gaga. Coming out puffing a cigarette and leaving just after writhing against a pillar, she put on her usual entrancing and flammable display...somebody grab an extinguisher!
